Transparency in the Origin of Elevator Brands

Please note that: The elevators manufactured by HSV Elevator utilize the K-MC1000 control system and WR & WJC / KDS gearless traction machines (part of the Nova Group of Japan) – renowned for their smooth operation, energy efficiency, and high durability. However, these are still products manufactured in Vietnam under the HSV Elevator brand . Only products directly imported from the Nova Elevator Group are permitted to use the Nova Group's logo.

The relationship between HSV Elevator and Nova KDS:

From January 2024, Hoang Sa Viet officially became the distributor of Nova KDS elevator motors and components. Based on this, we develop and distribute products in three distinct lines, each with its own brand identity and specific terms as follows:

• Article 1 : For products imported as complete units from Nova Elevator Corporation, the brand name used will be “Nova Elevator” .

• Article 2: For products manufactured and assembled in Vietnam but using key components from Nova such as motors and control cabinets, the product shall still bear the brand name “HSV Elevator” , and shall include a clear note regarding the use of Nova components.

• Article 3: For products manufactured by Hoang Sa Viet using components from other suppliers, the products will be completely unrelated to Nova Corporation.

This once again confirms that customers purchasing products manufactured by Hoang Sa Viet will not be allowed to use the Nova Elevator brand as described in section 1.

4. Import documents, Certificate of Origin (CO), Certificate of Quality (CQ).
